So I tore my Labrum over the summer while sailing and had surgery in October. I am now back in the gym for a few weeks doing PT for the shoulder and have started back at my leg workouts.
I have been doing the leg press machine, both wide stance and close. I've heard, and seem to feel, that one really hits quads while the other, wide, simulates squats and hits your hamstrings well. I was also doing leg extensions and curls. Now I can support moderate weight with my shoulder and have also started lunges.
Are there any other good options out there? Would love to hear some suggestions and advice. I was on a good squat/deadlift routine last year for months before the season and it really paid off, but I am bummed to not be able to continue the same training.
