Praying for snow in Utah for Xmas

Thread Starter

Just booked a trip out to UT from Dec 21-28 (4 days at the Bird and 4 in Park City). I am looking at weather.com, and it looks like we might have a bit of a dry spell coming up. For those of you who know UT skiing better, how are things looking this year? Well, I might be an atheist, but I am still praying for snow.

What i do know is that Weather.com isnt the best place to look for weather forecasts. Especially long range. Besides, anything beyond 7 days is a total crapshoot no matter what youre looking at.

I made an offering to Ullr,  but he must be concentrating on the other skills that made him legendary (archery and prowess with women).  The good news is that Ullr eventually comes through, and only one or two good dumps of snow will open most of the terrain.

It was snowing a little at my house down at 4,500 feet today, hopefully the mountains are getting some. It's been rainy and overcast today, but looks like clear skies rolling in.

Xmas is always hit or miss, but hopefully...
