Gathermeister, I have a suggestion:

 

you might direct people in the Gathering info thread to take a look at this group thread.  Or send PM's out to the Gathering roll call list.  I haven't yet gotten in the habit of checking this group regularly fro new info, and I'll bet I'm not the only one.

 

Daron Ralves and Scott Gaffney as guides?  Awesome!  I think we should get GNAR points just for that.

Arguably the best ski photographer in the world. Countless Powder magazine covers and photo shoots all over the world. Here are some examples hoe full he will bring his camera along and take some photos of the group.

My wife, Trish P, is likely coming but she won't even try to keep up with

us crazy ones.

Terp, I'm sure we'll have something for your wife. It was explained to me that we'll have different groups of different ability levels. I'm sure Daron Rahlves will be taking out a mellow group. And since The Dad won't be BN, he's not likely to get to GNARly.

My girlfriend will also be among the mellower group.

Robbie Huntoon has bee added as a guide. Robbie was a pro freestyler back in the day and was a stunt double in Hot Dog: The Movie.

This is going to be some Gathering! Phil and I plan to ski Alpine, Mt. Rose, Northstar and Squaw. My brother may be meeting up with us one of those days too. Really looking forward to it!

Perchance Mr. Wong may be able to bring out some of those Anton Skis to the Gnarthstar day. If we're still serving up man-made groomers those suckers will be Full-On Vince Vaughn with a side order of Disneyland.

Where the demos were originally to be spread out over the different resorts, The Gathermeister confirmed with me that we will be having all the demos on ONE day, at Mt. Rose on Tuesday. This will allow the Bears to test all the 2013 skis that some of us have been drooling over.

Looks like an AMAZING Gathering. Kudos to the Gathermeister for putting this together and for the great guides/reps who have agreed to volunteer their time and energy. I am EXTREMELY jealous, and if this kid gets here ANYTIME in the near future, the DSloan family will have to make the trip. MrDSloan would definitely benefit from the likes of this crowd (a frightening thing to say, I know . . .).

Wow, amazing.  There's some serious guides here.  I really don't know what they're doing with the likes of us.

Does that mean will be modeling new ski gear also so we look good for the photos?
