Looking for new skis for my soon to be 9 year old son, 4'7" and 80lbs.  He's skied on Fischer Addict Team Jr. and Mantra Junior the past two years.  He really enjoyed the light weight and twin tip features of the Fischers.  He's outgrown his ski from last season and I'm wondering what to get next.  Went to my local ski shop that has been good, but there's all new staff with much less experience with kids.  Am tempted to find a pair of Fischers (new or used) that are similar to the Addict since he has said he really liked them.  Hoping someone more knowledgable can point me in the right direction.  We ski almost entirely in Tahoe.  He has skied about 15 days each of the last three years and is a solid intermediate/advanced skier.

I've tempted to focus on twin tips since he does like to fool around with jumps and going backwards.  Otherwise, I've tried to read all there is out there, but it doesn't seem to be much and then sometimes is contradictory.  Any thoughts on the K2 Juvy, Bad Seed, Volkl Gotama Jr., past year's Fischer Addict Pro (junior ski) and Addict Team Junior, or the new Fischer Prodigy?

Any help much appreciated
