Just wanted to say we watched this yesterday, got the blue ray version. It was KICK ASS! very good film if anyone is thinking about getting it. Good mix of stuff.

I liked it a lot - not as much as The Way I See It - but close.

I will have to check it out. Is there a specific type of riding or a good array of big mountain, back country, park and pipe? I am not too into the park and pipe stuff. I like the trees and the big mountain lines.

It's a similar mix to LaNina... very similar considering it's MSP's previous film.

I saw this on the big screen at the SF ski festival this past Saturday night. It had some park skiing but was mostly big mountain freeskiing. I was more impressed by this film than I was expecting to be. There was lots of incredible skiing with sporadic humor mixed in -- and the humor was not all completely juvenile like in so many snowboard films I have seen. It kept me very entertained during the whole movie and sometimes made my stomach rise up to my throat with the helmet-cam footage. I haven't seen many modern ski movies but if this movie is standard fare I would like to see more of them.

Pretty much agree here. I think they could have done a bit more deep powder skiing as they did in "The way I see it" especially the title connotate a reflection of last season's record snowfalls. I have watched it several times already while flying around the country on biz trips.  You need to watch the segment of Hoji on the pillows in BC. those POV's are absolutely amazing. I can't comprehend how he skis those lines at those speeds. It's simply incredible. That segment makes the entire movie worth the price.  You can buy on iTunes. I

"Claim" is one of my favorites, great music, great skiing.  Might have to check out "Attack of la Nina".
