Clumsily put. But my point is, I always seem to feel much more in control, balanced, and relaxed when I keep my legs flexing.I know it's happening reasonably well when I am concious of well flexed legs through the middle and end of a turn.(Not in a static sense-there is flexion and extension going on also but if the awareness is there mid turn I know I am getting it) This applies more especially in difficult snow.
Problem is, I feel as though doing this is more the exception than the rule with me, and I want to reverse that
Does anyone have a hint to offer here to increase the amount of time spent using this good habit? Is fitness possibly a factor?
Also, on the technical side, an explanation of why it feels so much better?
