Snowind Sports, and Synergy Coaching & Alignment is offering this two day camp in conjunction with the Tahoe Gathering!

This two day intensive camp is designed to address "TAPP"  Technique, Alignment, Psychology, Physiology to identify and address weaknesses in each category to offer a lazer-like focus on ski improvement.

We will have a meet and greet at Snowind Sports shop in the Grand Sierra Resort located near the Reno/Tahoe airport on Sunday Feb. 26th @ 6pm (not mandatory) to meet your coach(s) and get an overview of camp.  February 27th will convene at Mt. Rose Ski Resort (30 min. from Reno) where a base video will be shot in the morning then proceed to evaluate skiers technique, and alignment issues.  Then we will reconvene at Snowind Sports for indoor alignment assessment and adjustments along with an FMS screening by Ryan Solberg, MSPT, C.Ped of "Body Balance" to identify physiological weaknesses with a prescription for improvement.  Tuesday Feb. 28th we reconvene at Mt. Rose with properly aligned boots ready to focus on technique issues, and psychological intent during the day with an "after" video shot in the afternoon.  The before an after videos will be reviewed inside to illustrate improvements made over the two days.  Attendees will receive a complimentary "Synergy Coaching" T shirt too!

Cost: $495 per person includes coaching, video analysis, alignment modifications, (footbeds if needed are extra), FMS screening, T shirt.

to sign up call 775 771-2737, or go to www.snowind.com or Snowind Sports, Inc. on facebook, and click on "make an appointment".

Bud, I think you are onto something with you TAPP technique icon14.gif .  It reminds me of our old "Skier Recognition" format days + the modern alignment part.

Good Stuff!

I think this is a great opportunity for those who already have their accommodations booked for the Gathering and want to take the time to do a 2 day clinic.  beercheer.gif

Bud, I'm so glad to see you doing this while ESA is on hiatus.  Who is on standby for coaching?

I'm really excited to ski with Bob again.

For those who may be interested, I believe we have a discount room rate available to us at the Grand Sierra.  I'd be happy to check on that if there is interest.

Hi Number6, if you're asking about the coaches for the Synergy Camp, They are Bud Heishman and Bob Barnes.  You'd have to go a long way to find better coaching.

In fact, I think you can see a TR here from Bazzer and Kenski who attended their first ESA with Bob and Bud last season and had some good things to say.

If anyone has any doubt that they will enjoy their time with Bud and Bob's coaching after reading those two TR's I'd be shocked.
