I just wanted to share an extremely positive customer experience, I had with Tyrolia. I was trying to buy a spare part of Tyrolia SLD11 RF2 binding for a friend. The bindings were produced last in 2005, e-bay didn't work out, so I e-mailed the Tyrolia customer service in Austria (I am German living in NY). The answer from the customer service came the next day: They mail a complete heel part for free to my German address for the sake of customer relationship -for 2005 bindings!-. As I don't remember when I received customer service like this last, I think they at least deserved a positive posting. This is not sponsored and I am currently using a Voelkl, but they made me at least think about it.
