No Compromise Replacement Liners

Thread Starter

Is there such a thing? I was lucky to get 3 pretty abusive seasons out of my HyperFit liners in my Tecnica Diablo Magmas before they fully packed out. Now that I'm in the market for replacements (I'd like to keep the shells), I'm learning that most replacement liners have about the same life as OE's. Most report that they get 50-100 days on Intuitions, or about 2-3 seasons.

Are there any liners out there that have better longevity, but are still super comfy?

Zipfit's tend to last longer.

I put Intuition Luxury Liners in a medium thickness in my Tecnica Dragons.  I haven't baked them yet to form them to my feet, but guys I really respect at TGR swear by them. http://www.intuitionliners.com/index.htm

I've put 175 days on a set of Zip Fits and they are still going strong. Steve Bagley claims they are good for at least 400 ski days.  Your shells will probably explode before that!.  Seriously, one of the advantages to Zip fit is they just seem to get better with age.  The flow material never permanently sets up and more can be added anytime if needed.  I personally favor the full leather lined Zip liners.  I have two sets - one for my softer powder shells and one for my stiffer racing/groomer shells.

Big fan of zip fit...skied in a foam liner for years, get the same quality heel hold with my zippys without the vice like fit all the way up to the forefoot. Thermo-esque liners aren't ever able to give me the fit around my aneorexic ankles that an injected liner provides...and I don't like the squishy feel.
