"pretty sought after"   ???   roflmao.gif   ROTF.gif    popcorn.gif

They are worth whatever someone will pay to stand them in the corner and look at them....which won't be much

My Brother had a pair, I stuck with the Rossi Strato 102s  "Long live the 70s!"

The Olins would make a great Coat Rack, cut them down & get some of them hanger things from Home Depot/Lowes & the 70s will Live On!

Yes, they are highly sought after. Probably $500+ Hopefully they also have bindings of the same period  - much like having "matching numbers" with a Corvette.

You should probably put them on Tetongravity.com gearswap, they know a lot more about what they're worth there.

Love it when people come on here to find out how much they should try and sell some shit they got out of a dumpster for.

They were actually a better bump ski than the Mark IV Comps..  But only worth the price of shipping in a real marketplace these days..

Pfft, I competed USSA bumps on a 190 cm SL ski.  I was 5' 3" and weighed 105 soaking wet.  I wouldn't shy away from a bump run on 195 GS skis back then either.  Plenty of rippers were hitting bumps on skis over 200 cm back in the day.

See, there's the problem, I'm no ripper  snowfalling.gif

180's in the bumps for me back then......

I was skiing my 204 Pre 1200SP's in the bumps back in the 80's. As far as the Olins, quite frankly, I would be more interested in the Gezes.

I for one would like to see them. I have an unending love for these long stiff US made skis. Send me your Mark VIs, VOs, KVCs and EISs!

And he revived a 4 year old thread. Probably wants to deposit the $500 + right into the OPs bank account even before he gets the skis.

Does Qatar have indoor skiing?
I was on the lift this season talking to this couple who'd spent a bunch of years in Dubai. They'd skied the indoor place a bunch. Apparently you often get spring conditions when the A/c breaks down for a bit.

So there are Nigerians who live in Qatar?
