do they offer these at all?  I am trying to purchase my tickets for Feb within a few weeks as  I have room on credit card this month for that.  I saw a deal on their website for a free 5th day but only if you jump through a bunch of hoops which doesn't interest me.

You can buy a Classic Pass for $200/4 days or $300/7 days. You have to buy it in person the first time, but you can then renew over the web. Find a reason to get to Colorado this fall.

Hi Yes we went out last year and I was looking for Lift Deals for Aspen/Snowmass as well.  I even spoke with locals on recommendation from relatives and they all said the same thing.  The only way to get a pass is to buy it in Colorado.  The only deal over the web is buying your tickets seven days in advance for a small discount.  None then less Aspen was great and we are heading back again this year.

Good Luck.

If you have Membership Rewards on an Amex card, you can get lift tickets to Aspen (and a number of other resorts that don't normally discount, such as Steamboat, Vail, Jackson Hole...). Unless you have a LOT of points, you couldn't pay for  an entire trip that way, but over, say,  four days, getting one free ticket puts a big dent in the average daily cost.

They exist, but are very hard to find. Usually involves a tour operator.

Years ago,  I bought a bunch from Polish ski club that runs bus trips out of Chicago.   The largest Polish population city after Warsaw.   They leave Chicago on a  Thursday  at noon, party all night and ski the next day.  Then leave Sunday after skiing, party all night and then go to work on Monday.  Pole's love to ski!

I got my wife and kids the Classic Pass years ago,  it works great and I don't have to stay up all night!

doing more research on the classic pass, unforatunately I don't live in co but found a webpage that leads me to believe that I can wait til feb to get the pass once I arrive.  Think that is accurate?
