Yesterday, after a full day of skiing, while I was wiping down my edges I noticed a huge gouge in the topcoat on the tail of the ski. It scraped about a 3/4 inch long and all the way through the topcoat and exposed some fiberglass of the actual ski. My K2 skis that I had for 5 years dont look as bad as the Rossi's that have 3 days on them. It seems that perhaps the Rossi topcoat is not as durable as K2?? Does anyone else have the same impression? Also, about the scrape, is it going to hurt the ski to leave that fiberglass exposed? The rossi's are the T-power Cobra X.
