WTB: Older Marker MR, MRR bindings

I'm looking for some older MR and or MRRs for a vintage ski collection. Prefer the early boxy 4 pivot toes, some were red and silver, later the familiar white and red. Also would take the newer "slant nose" white toe version. Already have some older very early Rotomats with the early toe that requires boot notching and the exploding heels, but always on the lookout for good examples of those as well.

please reply here

thanks,

Richard

Are you thinking something along these lines? (RossiSmash's)

Yes, but I don't quite need the entire Rotomat historical record, just trying to equip a few pairs of vintage skis. Very nice collections by the way! I would love to have either of yours.

anyone have some the can spare?

Not sure if you are still looking but I have a couple of things that you may be interested in.

First I have a brand new, sealed in plastic and original box (it's a bit ragged) - a pair of Marker FDR (Forward Rotomat). These are the red and white  toe and heels. Toe pieces are the two wing with separately adjustable toe height. Heel pieces are the "Explodomats", when set up properly I never had them "explode" with many years of use. I've been holding on to these for a long time.

Second I have a mixed pair of the white and red MRR Twincam, Full Spectrum toes matched to another "Explodomat" heel, (described above).

These are used but in good shape.

I have another pair of heels pre brake but still rotomat as well as toe pieces like on the Rossi Smash skis in his photo above, (no pictures here but can get them).

I have more pictures if you are interested, I don't know what they are worth - maybe someone like Rossismash or Philpug could chime in here for direction and/or make me an offer?

Can anyone provide assistance with removing the toe piece on these vintage Marker bindings?

Found this old post, are the third from right in Rossi smash photo (all red MRR) a racing or titanium model? I have not seen the all red racing before.

That guy has 2 pair of FDR's. One pair starts at $75, the other pair starts at $50. They are in Utah.

Paging Philpug to the white courtesy phone
