I need new snows for the Jetta this season. The stock tires for my car are 225/45/17 but my snow rims are 16" I don't want to go 225 wide and I want to go taller. I am thinking a 205 or 215 width and going 60 or even 65 in the profile. Here how the numbers look...

I think I can do the 65, it is only .7" taller in the radius which will give me a bit more height and clearance w/o risking build up in the wheel wells. Thoughts?
Tires I am considering...
All are in the $80-90 range. I doubt I will stud, I didn't see any need last year and am carrying chains.
