Rossignol E88 vs. Nordica Steadfast

My skis at this point include a 2010 Volkl Mantra 170cm, 2010 Line Prophet 100 172cm and 2012 Line Influence 179cm.  I just got the Influences so I obviously haven't skiied them.  I ski about 6 days a year either in Colorado or Utah and then ski about 20 days in Michigan. My favorite ski of alltime skiing in Michigan and out west has been the Line Prophet 100.  It can pretty much do it all and it turns like no other.  I dig the Mantra but it seems to take more work to get it to do what I want than the Prophet 100.  My skill level is expert, I am 43 and am 5' 6" and weigh 165.  I lived in Aspen, CO from 1991-1994 and skiied about 340 days in those 3 years.  So I have been thinking of adding one more ski to pretty much just use here in Michigan.  I mostly ski bumps when I ski in Michigan because skiing anything else around here is just boring.  When I am out west I pretty much ski the steeps.  So for Michigan skiing I am considering either the Rossi E88 or the Nordica Steadfast.  Any experience with either?  Also if you want to suggest something else feel free.  However I don't want anything narrower than the E88.  I have found I like it alittle fatter underfoot.

Thanks,

Chuck

I have skied both the E88 and Steadfast and really like both. I think for Michigan skiing, the E88 would be the ski of choice with it's extended sidecut and a slight advantage on hard snow. If you didn't have the Influence 105, I would lean to the Steadfast, but the Experience 88 would be a better complement for the Line.

Thanks alot for the reply and info.  What you said is almost verbatim what the guy at my local ski shop, who had skiied both, told me.  I know this is extremely trivial but I just wish the E88 had cooler looking graphics.  I know it is the ski that matters but the graphics on that ski are extremely boring.
