Looking for some boot advice!

Hey guys, I'm starting to shop for my new boots for the year, already went in and got fitted and I really like the Rossi. 97mm last WC boot.  However, I can get a ridiculous deal on the Experience 130, which from what I understand is the same thing save for some rubber on the sole and a softer footboard.  My background is in racing, PSIA lvl 2, training and hopefully going for level 3 this season.  Will I really notice a difference in responsiveness between the WC 130 and the experience because of the different build?

Thanks guys!

Welcome to EpicSki!

Your information is correct.  The Experience 130 and WC are the same boot with the exception of the rubber sole.

Will there be a noticeable difference in responsiveness between the two, if you've had experience with them or similar boots with that difference?

Welcome. I dont think it would be a very noticable difference.

^^^^ what he said.

Some times a manufacturer will use a different liner in boots with this difference, but it appears that Rossi has not done that with this particular boot.

I could be wrong, but I've done a lot of product information work this summer and this is what I understand of the Rossi boots.

No.

Also, far more important is how the boots are set up for you.  Proper flex, fore-aft  and lateral balance, footbed, etc.  The boot can fit perfectly in the shop, but be agonizing on the hill if these are off.
