Wound up spending $750 total with tax and shipping.  Did I do good?

Sounds like a lot for a pair of used demos, but then I don't follow this stuff too much.  You paid the right amount if it feels worth it to you.  Ski 'em, have a blast and forget about the money.

Ditto on above, if it feels to you like a good value, that is all that matters.  But... If you are really in need of outside validation, used  demo jesters go for around 160-175 regularly in the TGR gear swap, and a ski like the Girish with one mount, in otherwise excellent shape, would likely go for around $400.  Add in around $50 shipping, and you are over $600 before you pay to have them mounted and likely tuned.  So, I think you are in the ballpark.  Maybe not a SMOKIN deal, but certainly reasonable.

Like lemming says, the deal seems good, not great. You certainly didn't get ripped off though, and if you kill it on your new skis this year that's all that matters anyway.

I tend not to check after I've spent the money on account of there's no upside. Unlikely you got a smokin' deal from a corporate entity, and the other alterntives are you got an OK deal or a sucky deal.

If you believe the website and they only had four days' use then you should have no complaints.

Right on.  I've heard good things about Powder7 so I'm not too concerned about them lying in regards to days used and condition. I also figured they are going to see at least 30 days this season so what difference does 4 make :D.

Thanks for the honest opinions and I'm glad to see I didn't get screwed :)

Seems a little bit high to me, but who cares. I bet you'll get the worth out of them this coming season.
