Phil, I believe everyone was quite clear on the point that we wanted stretch pants on ladies.  nonono2.gif

I still use a pair of Solly SX92's on my Harb Carver Ski Training device. So easy to get on and off, but, the fit does not compare with what is available now. Sort of a funny story...When I returned to skiing 5 years ago, I used them for the first year. I took a lesson at Alta and took a lot of ribbing about them at the start, but, when the lesson was over, the instructor made the point to the class that old equipment can still be used effectively and used me/SX92 to prove the point. Totally agree with Phil that many would buy a good rear entry boot.

I ski with a woman who still uses stretch, in the boot pants, and, she gets a ton of compliments on the look. Can they still be bought?

Looks like they've been sold out a while, though; and the reviews say they were horribly short, 26" inseam. But I bet it means you can find them somewhere....

BY THE WAY, skiing with all that crap inside a performance-fit boot? Really? It ain't happenin'. (I know, you guys don't care.)

Dude... I had a Roffe speed suit that was neon green w/ 6 inch polka dots colored orange......I raced in it up until ~2006, when it shrunk & no longer covered my lower legs.

I remember climbing into the gate & having a starter ask if I lost a bet...nonono2.gif

nice man!  i miss their acid-freak-out race suits, i miss their goofy sweaters with weird triple thick piping, and i miss those rad-tastical velcro boots they used to make.

i miss roffe.  such a cool brand.

That was my reaction as well.  There are alternatives without that problem...
