Questions re: Nordica Hell and Back BOOT

I was looking for some slack-country type boots and took notice of the Tecnica Cochise and Bush (as, it seems, has everyone).  Those along with the usual suspects from Garmont, BD, and Dynafit were all possibilites.

Then I noticed the Nordica Hell and Back...and noticed was all I did b/c a web search reveals almost nothing, nada, zilch.  Well...that's not totally true: I was able to find that they run appx $600 and have a Flex of 13.5, 2 progression and a rebound of: M (whatever the heck all that means).

Has anyone ever actually touched a pair of these?  Are they in the same category as the Cochise, Factor...more similar to the Bush...or something else entirely? How come they get no press?

I did happen to fondle some, as well as the Technica slack country boots.  IMHO Technica gets the prize on design functionality.

Bumping an older thread to see if anyone has more info on these.

Anyone know much about them/skied them/tried them on etc.

My feet really like the Girish/Enforcer last which is 98mm and so therefore different than than the Hell and Back at 100mm but the hike mode sure is attractive.

I have no need for tech fittings on a boot like the Cochise cos I have an AT setup for that type of stuff.  I'm looking for ease of inbounds hiking and parking lot walking etc without giving up too much performance in the boot.
