I'm in. I couldn't really tell from the article.  I'm assuming 150 each arm?

I liked this idea also and have been doing it for about 2 weeks.  Started with 3 10 min sessions w/ 10 mins between sessions.  Now doing 2 15 minute sessions.  Definitely loosens things up.

Not sure who the skier is and I like to challenge myself in the gym, but I'm pretty sure I'd miss most of the ski season if I attempted that.

I like the skis in the background, nice touch. And, a great ski, I have the GS, makes a great all mountain ski in the correct length.

Slalom turns on roller blades down a shallow hill is almost identical to skiing, and is a great way to learn and/or practive in the off season.
