Not really sure where to post this... not really a trip report as I don't any worthy shots of the day (just me and the dog), but thought some of you folks who ski Steamboat would appreciate this shot from today:

Yeah, that's Buddy's head... someone put a snorkel on him.  Normally 15ft off the ground in the summer, typically 5ft+ off the ground in the middle of winter.  Skinned up today after pretty much 2 weeks straight of snow/rain mix and definitely the deepest base I've ever seen, and it's April 30.  Turns were spectacular.  The only other two shots I took:

That's A-Boat load of snow!

 Better it's your Dog & not Phil's Ziggy, otherwise Buddy would need more then a Snorkel!

Actually another dog did pee on his head right after that photo... thankfully I grabbed my dog before he could mark his territory, that would just be bad karma.

That is amazing!  I was up there one summer and very surprised how high the head is.  Which run is your dog headed down?  The tracks look sweet.

That would be Cyclone (the lift at the bottom is Bar UE).  Skied that to drop out, the dog was getting face shots the whole way down.
