Back in my younger racing days.....many years ago, I had a quick tuning maintenance routine every night after practice. I'd use an edge beveler on the side edges, a bastard file on the base edges, run some wax down the base, iron it in, scrape and polish.
Ptex as necessary before the routine.
I'm not racing today and I'm just looking for what tools and techiques should I adopt. I'm assuming there are some things that have changed over the years with innovation but if I just did the same as I used to back in the day would that be horrible?
