Women's/Youth Ski Packs

Looking for a ski pack for my 11YO daughter who is currently about 4'10".  Would like it to be able to carry her gear for a day to the area as well as be flexible enough that she could wear it skinning up the hill in the spring after the lifts stop spinning.  A place to attach a helmet, pocket for goggles and room for bibs, gloves and lunch would all be good.  I'm also wanting her to take responsiblity for keeping track of her own stuff so I'm not always having to do all the packing.

Thoughts, suggestions?

TIA

a good idea for spring hiking but a dangerous idea for riding chairlifts for a kid that age. don't do it. get a jacket with ample pockets (some have a back pocket that is large) for all mentioned gear, and beyond that, it's too much stuff for in-resort.

She definitely won't be skiing with it in resort, will be hanging it on a hook in the lodge.  Her coat and shell both have plenty of pockets for anything she needs while out on the hill..

I use a Dakine Heli Pack for women that I like.  Camelbak makes a Snow Angel or Snow Queen or something like that that's a little smaller that might work as well.
