I am interested in how much vertical I ski when I'm at a big hill. I certainly hope that you don't care about that (when the eff did this thread turn into "caring"). I started this thread to get an idea of how much vertical people ski on an average full day.
This thread is about listing vertical, for analysis purposes. You seem so vehemently opposed to that, so just stay out (I don't really "care" if you don't care, and if you really don't "care," then you wouldn't even post). You obviously DO "care" enough to post something, and what you care about is trying to diminish someone elses objective analysis of skiing, and I don't care about that. Fun is not what this thread is about.... this is just like the number of days skied thread... better make sure you stop by that one and profess about how all you need is "one really good day" and the rest don't matter.
If you want to start a thread about "how much fun do you have skiing," then please do. I'm sure the responses you get will be riveting.
Until then, I sincerely thank you for your astute observations, though I think it is fair to say no more will be necessary for this particular thread.
And bro, don't effing tell someone else on an internet what is fun or lame about what they make reference to doing/skiing, or what kind of fun they should or shouldn't be having. We all ski for our own reasons, and have our own kind of fun. You know what, I actually do think it is fun to track vertical, and see what other vertical people are tracking at epicski. Have a problem with that? Come at me bro.
If you wish to partake in bashing, I encourage you take that over to the forums of Teton Gravity Research, where such things will be welcomed.
