I have been communicating with Marshal at DPS and since The Start Haus will be carrying DPS for next season, Marshal has agreed to help us with a demo day! At this point, the day (and mountain) are TBA but we will have about 7-8 skis to play with including....

Wailer 112RP Hybrid (Yellow)

Wailer 112RP Pure (Red)

Yvette 112RP Pure (Blue)

Wailer 95 (Orange)

More TBA!

Vail might be tough to do because of the layout of the village.  His ability to find a spot to connect with us with all the gear in tow will be quite limited. Tough to do to also with the meeting place 1/2 way up the mountain.

The meeting spot at Breckenridge at the base of Peak 7 is almost drive to....or better get there early and set up in the northernmost free parking lot at the base of the gondola that is actually in the town of Breck. No need for Marshall to transport any gear just take it out of the vehicle and set folks up.

A-basin should be much the same.  With the parking lot right at the base of the area no headaches with trying to lug gear around and no headaches with folks trying to find each other.

btw......I've been out with some folks here in Summit County that ski on DPS and they rock !

Thanks for the efforts with all the demo gear Phil.

I have a lockerroom buddy who says the last time it rained during a ski day in Summit County was more than 20 years ago when he taught at A-Basin and it rained on the Fourth of July.

Breck employees were warned that harassing the gapers today would not be tolerated.

Breck police are also on the lookout for drunk & obnoxious gapers.

Temps in the 50's today with high winds. I didn't ski due to a bad cough. Hope its well

The DPS demo day will be Thursday at COPPER. Sorry for the last minute notification of day (and venue). There is a good chance I will have some of the skis for Friday at A-Basin.

Same list as before, and where do we meet for dat?

A prize if you can get Bob out on one of the Wailers.

Copper is my "home course" and I would highly recommend the Doubler Diamond Bar/Restaurant at the bottom of the Super B.  Dave Luthie is the proprietor and you will see what a great place it is if you stop in for Lunch or after skiing cocktails.

Sorry, but due to a personal situation, the DPS demo had to be cancelled.
