Hi everyone,

My next idea since we have to wait until late March/early April to ski, was maybe to wait longer (June-August) and head down to South America.  We have been to Ecuador, Peru, and Argentina in the past as a family so we are relatively comfortable and we speak decent conversational Spanish.

My limited research shows that they even have adaptive skiing at 1 Chilean resort and 1 Argentinian resort.

I ran a search on EpicSki about South America and the latest thread was about a year old and there wasn't much info by way of family skiing, so I thought I'd ask here.

Has anyone taken a family with youngish kids to a South American resort?  What would you recommend and which months would you say is the best for fewer crowds and good ski conditions?

Thank you again!
