Removing the flex bolts at rear didn't help at minus 20 , they are just too stiff. My preference these days is to get better at bumps, mixed with off piste. Slower, more technical , trying to remember what my instructors have been on about. Colorado , mixed with Japan skiing is what the future hopefully holds for 3 weeks to 2 months a season.
Had them fitted at Bootdoctors at Telluride in 08 , so happy with fit back then and only learnT about flex this season.
Sooo , have spotted a cheap pair of Lange Fluid 100's . 100 last , 100 flex Am now back in OZ , will be aiming for Level 2 PSIA in next few years. Will probably only do volunteer instructing, so that aspect won't effect decision.
Will the added wiggle room help my toes. (btw this was severe bruising, not just discomfort).
since I can't try them on I will be risking the fit, but if I buy the same size as my present boots it should be OK?
