Just had a pair of Salomon STH 12 bindings mounted at boot center on skis, I had them mounted / adjusted to a 306 mm shell. I am looking to adjust them to a 307 mm shell and it looks like it is just 3 screws in the back of the binding (one to adjust it and two to secure the adjustment). Do you just loosen the screws, put the boot in and tighten the binding against the boot or is there much more to it and doing the prior will this just mess up the harmony of the bindings? If it helps they are mounted to Volkl wall 177 skis, the 306 mm boot is a Dalbello Krypton Moro and the 307 mm boot is a Dalbello Scorpion SF110.

Just a little help.
Do not loosen the screws that mount the frame of the heel plate to the ski. they are smallish star - phillups combine head shape. don't touch those. You only have to adjust the provided spring loaded lever or a large slotted bolt (I don't own the binding but thought I'd weigh in before you did something you'd regret)
Two things however:
This affects forward spring pressure, a very critical adjustment.
The soles are so close in length that you may not have to do anything, depending upon whether the heel micro adjusts to less than 1mm increments. But again, that would be for a knowledgeable person to check.
