I'm going on a ski tour of interior BC and Alberta starting 3/16 through 3/23. We'll hit Revelstoke and Kicking Horse early and then the Banff area later in our trip. We can be pretty flexible with how long we tay at each place...the idea being variety, but with the ability to chase the best conditions/weather. Looking at the forecasts, it looks like there is a decent chance of rain almost everyday. I'm not sure what elevation the weather report refers to, but hopefully its the "in town" weather and not "on the mountain" weather. In any event, for anyone familiar with the srea, which places tend to be the coldest, and therefore have the best chance of snow and not rain. Has anyone been there recently? What are the conditions like now. Any suggestions for where we should spend most of our time (we are solid skiers, excited to try our the glades at Revelstoke and steeps at Kicking Horse) at a particular resort? What are your favorite spots? Thanks!
