I noticed that one AFD does not snap back to center quickly from either side. Maybe because I put them up on a roof rack (always been inside in the past) for a 20 mile drive. My sense is to wash the AFD with some soapy water and then apply silicone grease to the plastic. Is there something else I should do or a way to lubricate the spring itself?

I love Look bindings but I always worry about the AFD breaking. . . they just look cheap. So far though, I have never had one stick or break. I have 150 days on one set and 100 days on another.
Makes sense though that it would be something I would want to keep lubed at some point. Interested to hear what others say.
