Ok, after getting nailed in the head twice today by the safety bar. And me explaining twice to the people on the lift with me, that they aren't the only ones on the damned chair and to make sure everyone knows the bar is coming down, before you lower the bar like your life depends on it and bash people in the head with it.
Now I generally only run into this issue on the lifts that access the less aggressive terrain, ie; Gold Coast at Squaw, like today when I got hit twice on that lift and one wanker also hit his wife/girlfriend in his rush to get the bar down. BTW, I didn't have to say much to him, she was doing a fine job of chewing his ass. LOL
The few time a year that I use the bar I generally call out bar down and then make sure EVERYONE on the chair acknowledges me before actually lowering the thing, what do you guys/gals do.
