Good local grub joints in Dillon-Frisco-Silverthorne, CO?

We'll be staying in Dillon for Sping Break and I'd like to get a line on some good local eateries, nothing fancy or overpriced.  We always hit Jersey Boys and few other places, but I'm looking for something new.  PM me your secret good eats emporiums, I promise not to tell anyone about them.

I've always enjoyed the Dam Brewery! Pretty good food and good beer.

If you want super low key and cheap. Check out Chimayo. It's a burrito joint in the little strip mall across the road from the Dam Brewery. It's by Ruby Tuesday and all that. It's dirt cheap and you get an insane amount of food. Always nice after a long day of skiing.

Really, though, I typically just hit up the City Market grocery store, and cook my own meals. Saves tons of cash. :)

Well, I'll add one to the Food Hedz rec.  Q4U and Peppino's for thin crust 'za in Frisco are regular stops on my travels.

Ooh! I just realized I'm gonna be there for St. Paddy's Day! I wonder what the best bar will be for that night. Hmmmm.

How about the Arapahoe  Cafe in Dillon...nightly specials downstairs in the pub, $6.00 burger plates and great BarBQ too.

If you dont mind the drive to breck from dillon mi casa is an excellent mexican restraunt for around 10 bucks a person, you will get more than your moneys worth. Otherwise ive heard the dam brewery is good (never ate there though)

Pug Ryan's and Arapahoe Cafe get my vote, good food, good folk, good value. If your a Qdobaphile, the one in Dillon is crap. Mi Casa was highly recommended but we were too tired to drive there.

Dos Locos in Keystone for Happy hour 3-6. $1 Tacos, $1 Beers and unlimited chips and salsa.

The Mint in Silverthorne for Steaks or Fish. Expensive and you still cook it yourself at the restaurant. But soooo good. ( I like the Cajun Red Snapper)
