I decided to order a set of Intuition liners and do the molding myself. I have a wide foot and the boot shell seems to meet the criteria from the FAQ section. My foot measures about 104mm at the widest point, which is more towards the heel than most feet. My arch is not very high, and I think my heel width is medium.
I have some custom foot beds from when I purchased the boots, and I wondering if I should not bother using the beds since the Intuition liner will be molded to my foot, and essentially do the same thing. Its also possible that the foot bed will make the boot a bit too tight.
The side of my foot brushes the boot without the liner, so I don't have any room to spare.
So, I have two questions:
Should I use the footbed?
Should I blow out the side of the boot a couple millimeters so there is some liner material between the side of my paddle, and the boot shell?
