Salomon S912 ti binding - toe/wing adjustment problem

Have these bindings on K2 PE's. Overall the bindings are fine with one exception.

The toe piece has a wing adjustment that is adjusted with a screw on the side of the binding - to change the toe pieces wider or narrower as needed. Problem is that mine won't stay snugged up -- I need to tighten them every few days of skiing.

The toe height adjustment is fine - doesn't come loose.

I've searched - can't find any info - any ideas on how to solve?

Too sick with the flu to ski today so I'm stuck on the interweb. Per TGR, seems that was a weakness in that binding. Loctite or some other thread adhesive is the cure but check often.

Thanks - I was thinking Loctite might be the answer, but wanted to see if maybe I was doing something wrong in my adjustment of the binding.
