Hi all, I have being having a recurring problem this season. I don't know if I came off something really backseat mid-season or if I ski in the backseat all the time. Regardless, something partway during the season has caused me to develop shin splints (tibia pain, not muscle pain). I am not sure if it is something I am doing fundamentally wrong or not?
I have two short videos I was wondering if people could give me some suggestions.
Boots shouldn't be an issue. I have been to a boot fitter and have the correct size boots (shell fit is near perfect) - and I like a tight shell fit. During the summer playing soccer I developed shin splints (same area - bone not muscle) and I don't know if this is related or not.
The two videos are in low angle terrain (got my wife to take them). I will try to get something longer as well.
