Ski Lift Chair For Sale

Thread Starter

I have a couple Double (center pole) Ski Chair Lifts for sale if any body is interested.  The center pole can be removed easily by taking out 4 bolts.  So I could also ship just the seat w/ out the pole.  Feel free to contact me for more pictures or any info.

how much were you thinking to try and sell these for?  I have literally no use for them, but could at least one being a sick addition to my room. It's the perfect addition for a ski bums bachelor pad

Asking $250 for the chair and pole.  And $200 for just the chair.  We are finishing one of them right now and it's going to be really sick. Fire engine red with the same fabric on the seat that they use on the new ones. It's pretty crazy.

Yes I still have some available.  We will ship to Washington but it would be kind of expensive.  The best way to ship is through a business. Feel free to try and find a good rate. I'm in Milwaukee WI, 53233. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Here is a Northwest option on the same theme.

Crystal Mt. Washington is selling there old red double chairs from the Miners Basin sift.  Think it is an old Riblet.  Here is a link for more info  http://www.crystalmountainresort.com/News/1219/Miners-Basin-Ski-Lift-Parts-For-Sale

It is slow, old, red, and would probably look good in somebody Else's yard (I just built a swing so used the space it could have fit in).

They don't have any left. I emailed them looking for one as well. Heres the email.

Sorry about the delay in replying, there were so many responses for chairs that it became nearly overwhelming.  I’ve been contacting each person in chronological order of their request.  The 161 chairs sold out by mid-day Saturday March 5th, but the requests kept coming in so unfortunately there will be a lot of disappointed people out there.

I am creating a waiting list in case any of the sales fall through.  We’ll contact you if a chair becomes available.

Thanks,
Lorna

We could easily have it sent to my husband's business, they have several loading docks (beer wholesaler)

Well he should be able to get a pretty decent freight rate then.  If he would like to find a rate quote through one of the freight carriers (YRC, Old Dominion, ABF Freight or Fed Ex Freight) it might give you a better idea on frieght.  It fits on a 9ft long x 3ft wide x 2ft high pallet.  It is non-stackable and it is Class 100.  If you would like any other pictures let me know. Or if you have any other questions.  Thanks.

Hi.  Do you have a chair left?  If so, please let me know.  I don't live far from Milwaukee.  Thanks!

Shipping chair with pole to 11566 residence or 11552 business ?

Yrc quoted me at $230 to a business and $325 to a residence.  Give or take $15, I would say just about every other shipping company we be right around there.  The best way to ship is through a business and that is typically 15-20% cheaper than any other way.  Let me know if youhave any other questions.

I'd like to buy one.  Would it fit in the back of a Subaru Outback?  What's the price and where do I pick it up?  Please fill me in on the details. Thanks.

Yes it would. We have taken a couple on skids to shipping terminals in a small suv, so it would fit in a Subaru outback. We have them stored right my the Marquette interchange. I can give you the address if you would like or directions. The price is $250. Thanks
post #20 of 117

When you say Marquette interchange, is that by Milwaukee?  Where exactly are you so I can Mapquest it?  The pole comes with the chair right?  It's all one piece like one of the pics above.  Would Sunday work for you?

Confused....so are these the prices of the chair or the price of just the shipping?

Are all the chairs blue or is that black?  Any other colors available?

Actually, we could probably pick it up tomorrow afternoon if that would be better for you.  Send directions please and let me know if tomorrow would be better.  Thanks.

The chairs are all black. That price was just for shipping.  It is 170lbs and it is an odd shape and doesn't fit on a normal pallet. We have sand blasted and painted (Red) another one so that is also a possibility.  Let me know if you have any other questions.  Thanks.
