Hey, I am heading up to magic moutain the weekend of the 24th, does anyone know of any cleap cheap options of places to stay? I do not need much to make me happy, but if anyone knows of a good place with a couple of nice ammeneties for a few extra bucks I would be open to that as well. Thanks for the input, and I can not wait to explore magic for the first time

The Lodge Vermont is right near the base of the mountain & that's a nice place.  Then there's the Blue Gentian which is right on the access road.  A little further away is the Snowdon.  That's the cheapest option last time I checked.

Magic View Motel is decent from what I hear.  Other options farlep99 mentioned are a bit nicer & right on the mountain.  Magic View is about a mile down the road.  Another 1st timer, WooHoo!

Haven't been there in years but Johhny Seesaws, right near Bromley Mountain was a very cool place.  Just down the road.

Magic View is "decent" but nothing beyond that.

Haven't stayed here, but we have eaten in their restaurant several times.  Good food, not necessarily cheap.
