Friday afternoon, headed up to Alta.  I did get some stretching in, but first run out, we did a massive boot hike, straight uphill for about 15 minutes.  Get to the top, and realize my right hamstring is a little tight, which never happens to me.  Now this evening, it's killing me.  How the hell do I rehab this?  I've had heat on it...should I alternate heat/ice?
