Anyone know if you can put lighter springs in px18's?

I know... I'm a pussy ( :

Extenuating circumstances (injury recovery)

I heard the px14 is the same binding as the 18... If I dial the 18's down past about 12.5 they don't feel right and I want to run them around 10 for a while.

so has anyone swapped the springs in either direction?

thanks

The PX14 is not the same binding.  The PX14's toe is bases on the old Geze toe while the PX18's toe is based on the original Look toe.  The PX15 is pretty much the same binding as the PX18.

Ya... sorry if that's bad form. I've got one post on every forum and I'm already a slut.

Ski shops didn't have an answer for me (of course because the din numbers wouldn't work)

No one seems to swap springs so I'm giving up.

Don't get too jealous. I'm amazed you read this thread on all 3 ( :
