I have a Nordica Dobermann Pro 130, which should be replaced soon. I have been looking at the Dalbello Scorpion SR boots. I am hearing that they are on the stiff side, as flex goes.
- Does anyone have first-hand experience with Nordica/Tecnica vs Dalbello SR in the 130 flex, 98 mm last range? If so, how do they compare?
- If Dalbellos are stiffer indeed, what would be a better approximation to a Dobermann 130 - a SR 130 or a SR 110.
- SR 110 with a second bolt added to the back - what would be the equivalent stiffness? Is it 110 with one or two bolts? It comes with one bolt installed, I think.
- The SRs have a cut line on the upper cuff, i.e. you can make the boot a bit lower in the front - how does cutting it affect [perceived ?!] flex, if at all? How does it affect anything?
Thanks for any info!
