Anyways I called Dynastar today and talked to some guy who seemed uninterested, and a little out of it. The guy said that they didn't have any skis in the wearhouse so he couldn't send me any new ones. I explained I was done with these for the season and could arrange to use another set for races, so as long as I got a new set in the next 6 months I'd be fine. I asked if he wanted to see pictures or anything of the top sheet, and he said no just send them to this address. Is this typical when warrantying skis? First time I've done it so I'm not totally sure.
