Best program for 8-year-old first timer, in Wisconsin?

Hi there.

I have an 8 year old nephew in Wisconsin who has never skied.  His parents aren't skiers, either.  But this year, I'd like to take him skiing.

I've been unanimously told to stick him in ski school, rather than trying to teach him myself.  That way he'll have a better-qualified instructor, and he'll have peers in the lesson so skiing will seem cooler.

Hence my question:  which Wisconsin ski hill would you say has the best children's program, for someone his age?

Thanks!

Kids 12 and  under ski free at Cascade Mountain which is north of Madison!

They also have a great group of instructors.

Thanks, both!

We ended up going to Tyrol Basin.  Cascade was our first choice, but their kids' program was full on the day we wanted to go.  My brother-in-law suggested Sunburst, but a) we were heading to the Dells later that day and preferred to get more of the driving out of the way early in the day, and b) I wanted to do NASTAR, which Sunburst doesn't have.

But, I'm happy to report that he loved it, and asked if we could do it again the next weekend.
