I recently bought a pair of tenica dragon 120, living in Norway there isnt any good bootfitting nearby so all they did at the shop was heatmold them.
Last saturday i had them for my first day of skiing and it hurt like hell to get into them, after a closer look this is what i found:
I have some more pictures if anyone wants to see.
They also seem transformed at the base of the tongue on the inside as well as it feel like 2 knives carving up the top of my foot when i push into my boots, skiing this weekend ive basically just punched my feet into the boots as fast as possible to get it over with...
Now what im wondering is first of all what could have caused this? A guy i work with said the material was bad.
Second im wondering what to tell the guys at the shop where i bought them and if this would be sorted thought the warranty?
I've had the boots for almost 2 weeks but they have just been buckled together on the floor of my bedroom and not received any excessive heat or cold, then there was the car trip to the mountains when i had them in my boot bag and the next day i put them on.
What is curious is that 1 liner is ruined on the inside and 1 on the outside, and the patterns are very similar.
