Wow great photos!! I love the shots of Lower Pinnacles and No Name Chute :-) They almost make me want to quit school and head back out there. Keep the stoke coming!

Great shots of BS. My favorite hard to get to mountain......from SoFLA.

It has been about 8 years since my visit, but i think I saw an A-Z Chute in there some where.

From my last visit on top of the A-Zs.

Great photos.

Nice photos. The chutes at Big Sky look more like the Alps than any place I've seen in North America.

It came to my mind that it has been 10 years since my trip there. A week at the Huntley, good food, a puffy knee and quiet, except for the Corona Girl.

It sticks out more in my memory than my many trips to Jackson, very scenic.  I'll have to look for some pics.

A nice link to their tram video....

Found some pics, just ahve to scan a few to see if they meet my standards. he-he

Wow nice pics. Think I'm going to have to make a trip to Big Sky

Seriously?  This is still possible inbounds at a major ski area?

Cirquerider, the slogan for Big Sky is "A Place All Your Own."

Thanks for the eye candy, Martin. I featured the thread on the homepage.

Nice little hill you got there. That squirrel sure looks like he was asking for Phil to hook him up with a demo...

Thanks Nolo!smile.gif
Three more weeks until the squirrels get the place to themselves again.
But I am off to Europe, so sadly no more Big Sky photos for a while.
And unfortunately I will miss this:

Some photos from today. There is still a lot of snow above 8,000 feet and there should be good spring touring well into July.

Here is where some of the snowmelt east of the Continental Divide ends up. This is just on the east side of the Missouri river outside of Omaha. The road to our small, local ski hill goes right through here. Hope it opens up before November!

With the mountain snowmelt just beginning, apparently. I can't imagine what the Missouri is going to look like this summer.
