I have a pair of Race 412 and I want to change the size from 26 to 25 because I got a new pair of boots. How would I do it?

First impulse is to say put them in the car and drive to a shop. On the other hand, undo the big screw in the middle and lift off the AFD plate. Lift the band so it slides free and unlock the toe at the very front of the binding (move it right). Then slide the toe and heel towards each other (you'll have to bang them fairly hard) until the band from the back lines up with the number that corresponds to your boot sole length or lower. Line the holes in the band up exactly and clip them together and put the AFD plate back on and lock the toe in place. (Make sure the little indicator window shows green.) Put the boot in and fine tune the forward pressure with the smaller lower screw on the back of the heel. Tech manual says take it flush with the binding housing but you'll be better with it recessed in the housing by 1 or 2 mils.
