IE8, Vista SP2, Information Bar prompts to download a CSS file

Starting today, every page display prompts to download a CSS file: xd_proxy.css from static.ak.fbcdn.net.

I have cleared my browser cache and restarted my browser. Still receiving prompt to download the CSS, which of course does no good.

If anyone else is having this problem, please post here. I know what I'm doing with computers but am stumped on this one. No other site is prompting me to download CSS files.

I am having the same problem. There is a new version of software from Huddler out today. I will be alerting the media (err the development team). You can safely not download the file. It's a css file that looks relatively harmless. But, in my opinion this is still a bad thing. We'll see what the developers say.

Googled it and came up with a number of reports on it.  seems to have to do with the facebook like button.

Thanks for confirming the problem. I confirm it is harmless.  I downloaded, scanned and viewed it. CSS files shouldn't require user intervention (as I know you understand). I was racking my brain trying to figure out how to make it stop.

FYI, the problem appears to have been fixed sometime yesterday.
