I'm going to be out on a repeat of last year's family ski trip to Heavenly end of this month. I haven't gotten to ski as much as I'd want to yet this year and am thinking maybe a lesson might get me feeling better about where I'm at on my skis.
I ski pretty much the whole mountain, although not as smoothly as I'd like esp. in chopped/variable snow. Didn't find anything at Heavenly that really frightened me last year (but I did have fun) - felt like I was the only person doing Motts/Killebrew laps some of the days, which was great!
Haven't had a lesson in 4 years (?) and I'm thinking maybe video could be helpful since I don't really feel like I know exactly where I am in the fore/aft sense. Looking for any recommendations you've got.
PS - Really would prefer not to drive to another resort, although we're probably doing 1 day at Kirkwood so that'd be an option...
