After living with the ridge that is currently over CA for the last three weeks and with no break in sight, I would say be damned careful what you wish for, it kind of sucks. But that is just me.

Yeah, I know ... we lived with the bleeping high pressure most of last season. Just a little short one....

yes, it's absolutely wrong. we always greet and part: "pray for snow".  Don't dare work against our spiritual efforts.

In Sydney (Australia), we've just had a week of 35C days. The past 2 days have hit nearly, or over, 40. We don't have air conditioning. It's awful. I'll swap you if you like? biggrin.gif

Considering I have these bumper stickers plastered all over half of everything I own, you're right.

sometimes I just don't want to shovel another driveway; sometimes I get tired of hauling firewood through 2 feet of snow; sometimes I can't get up at 5 and go stand in the KT line; sometimes the snow seems like a lot of work; but I put the thought aside as you will do for the greater good.icon14.gif

nope,

 

high pressure out west usually means snow for vermont ;).
