This is my first post, just decided to join the site today as i find it the best place for reviews and advice, so keep up the good work
Anyway i am a perinial end of season European March skier, who occasionally skis end of Jan beginning or Feb. I have been skiing on my Dynastar 63's 165 for the last 5 years or so and have decided to change skis for an all mountain alternative.
The problem i am having is because of the time of year i go, i dont see massive amounts of pow wow unless i drop off back mountain, but need a wider based ski for jumps, general off piste, but also performing on piste long and short radius.
A little bit about myself, 190 pounds 6'1/6'2, expert piste skier, advanced off piste. I have gone from race skis Volkl P90 193cm, to Salmon Crossmax 185cm to Dynastar 63's 165cm, now looking for a new challenge.
I have been eyeing up the Fisher Watea 84 184cm but what has stopped me buying up until now is i dont really have time to test the skis and therefore am very unsure on the height i need for this type of ski.
Any and all help welcome, i am probably looking for a last season ski due to budget (£500 max or $793 ish).
Thanks in advance :-)
