The Jackson Hole Powder Train Keeps on Rollin' - 1/24/11

They reported another 5" last night, which gets our season total up to around 325".  It was one of those days with a cloud covering the valley and achingly blue skies up on the mountain above.  Gigantic smiles were everywhere on the mountain today.

That looks tasty. Powder flakes, the breakfast of champions.

Tell Stan "the bullet" howdy from his friends in Colorado, and that we hope he's getting some. Looks like there's plenty to go around.

looks like a very fat 5"..  very nice. I've given up on skiing like you, but I am hoping to be able to take pictures like youbiggrin.gif

Those pictures are magazine worthy...  Very nice!

 

A couple of friends were up there on Wednesday, said it was going off.

 

We had the Bluebird yesterday, but only some wind buff to ski on.

Yeah, I love those days, 5" is more like 8"  its a good suprise...  I am hoping for several of those next week...   icon14.gif
